In the year of 1999, we started servicing San Francisco. Indeed, we have come full circle. We are now serving all of California and Las Vegas, Nevada to boot. It’s been 13 years since that first day and nothing has changed. We know in our hearts that the only way we could have come this far was because of the commitment we made to build our business by helping others build theirs.  
 
  They say, “When the going gets tough, the tough get going.” That’s what we tried to do. And although the recession didn’t seem to lift by 1996, we looked at the bright beckoning neon lights of Las Vegas. In hindsight once again, it was a good move.  
 
  The road has not been easy. The early nineties posed challenges that gave everyone in business, big or small, serious causes for concern. And we were not spared. Still, we continued to keep going on. We cautiously, tentatively spread our wings on to San Diego. In hindsight, it proved to be a good move.  
 
  In the year of 1986 in Los Angeles, we told ourselves that we would be known as an excellent provider of quality meats to the finest Filipino-American markets and restaurants in Southern California.
